Clinical Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a positive experience while supporting the daily operations of a busy primary care clinic.

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive starting wages based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and visitors with exceptional customer service
• Check patients in and out for appointments
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Collect and update patient demographics, insurance, and registration information
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary documentation
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Support providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks
• Perform other clerical duties to support efficient clinic operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of medical reception, front office, or customer service experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in a healthcare or medical specialty setting
• One (1) year of Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience
• Experience preparing patient charts for medical visits
• Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical records
• Completion of a certified Medical Office, Medical Assistant, or CNA training program
• Bilingual (Spanish)
