Job Description - Clinical Resource Coordinator - Infusion Center

Overview

Location: Piedmont Fayette Hospital

Shift: Weekdays; 8-4:30pm

Status: Full-time

Department: Infusion Center

Responsibilities

Coordinates all procedures for department. Individual is a resource to the scheduling department, PASU, Patient Access, staff, and/or referring physician offices when questions arise about unit services. Educate patients, community, and referral sources regarding unit.

Qualifications

Education

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Work Experience

2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service industry Required
Previous Epic experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

BCLS - Basic Life Support Preferred
