Your day is anchored by planned learning: you start by reviewing training schedules, recent competency results, and any documentation trends that need reinforcement. You may deliver a small-group session, then shift to hands-on demonstrations where staff practice setup, cleaning, and troubleshooting on respiratory and DME equipment.
Between sessions, you refine slide decks and quick-reference guides, update competency records, and coordinate with operations and clinical leaders to align education with current standards. When additional support is needed, you help ensure patient and caregiver materials are clear and consistent, and you may provide targeted instruction to improve confidence and adherence.
You close the day by logging completed education, preparing for upcoming orientations, and tracking follow-ups so training stays timely, auditable, and practical.
