Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Position Summary

The Mockingbird Hill Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight, evaluation, and delivery of services within the Mockingbird Hill Residential Program. Working closely with the Director and the Mockingbird Hill leadership team, this role maintains aligned management across clinical staff and coordinates care with other Aspire divisions—including Progress House and outpatient facilities—to promote high standards of client care. As an active member of the leadership team, the supervisor models positive leadership and advances organizational goals in alignment with Aspire Indiana, Inc. administration.

  • Manage program by continually improving, modifying, and enhancing service delivery systems; including broadening and developing new services
  • Coordinate referrals, intakes, staff assignments and recommended services
  • Assign staff to cases
  • Ensure documentation quality and timeliness via audit, supervision and education of assigned staff
  • Oversee clinical assessment and referral, as well as treatment and discharge planning
  • Oversee clinical triage and referral, as well as crisis intervention
  • Provide direct care services and/or follow-up services, as needed 
  • Carry a small caseload
  • Monitor to ensure accurate service billings (e.g., state agencies) 
  • Understand and communicate all community resources available to/needed for clients
  • Be included on the On-Call rotation for Mockingbird Hill
  • Supervise clinical trainings and support for the RRT’s  and Recovery Coaches to enhance their skills with patients
  • Provide clinical supervision and support the therapists with decisions regarding patient care
  • Develop leadership skills via coaching and on-going supervision from the Director

Education/Experience

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health or addiction counseling or a directly-related human service field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
  • Five (5) years related work experience required; supervisory experience highly preferred
  • Experience with MRO and Recovery Works programming a plus
  • Knowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (Medicaid, Social Security, Corrections, etc) highly preferred
  • Community Mental Health experience highly preferred

Licensure

Recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana
