As a Clinician I, you will have the opportunity to support underserved youth and families in need of hope and healing. We recognize each clinician is unique and brings their own experiences, interventions, and creative ideas to the team. Our goal is to support you in strengthening your clinical skills as you work towards becoming the multifaceted clinician you want to be! Clinicians receive a significant amount of ongoing training and continuing education throughout their time at Shiloh House. You will have access to a clinical leadership team with years of diverse clinical experiences who is excited to collaborate with you. Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected starting salary for this Colorado position is $59,291.62 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

**At times, accommodations may need to be made to meet the individual needs of a client, their family, staff members, and the program overall. This may indicate the need for working hours later in the evening. Some flexibility around scheduling may be required.
