Key Responsibilities

• Oversee training, cash management, and food safety.
• Ensure smooth operations at the drive-thru and front counter.
• Resolve conflicts and handle customer and employee complaints.
• Manage employee scheduling and labor costs.
• Participate in market meetings and collaborate with the leadership team.
