Your Mission

As Club Director, you are the driving force of the club—responsible for membership growth, team performance, and delivering measurable results. You’ll lead from the front, build relationships, and turn prospects into lifelong members.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Hit Monthly Sales & Membership Goals through digital, community, and in-club outreach

  
  


• 
  

  Lead, Coach & Hold Your Team Accountable to performance standards and daily KPI targets

  
  


• 
  

  Grow Personal Training Revenue with strong Point-of-Sale conversions and Fitness Consultations

  
  


• 
  

  Drive Culture & Retention by delivering an unmatched member experience and ensuring results

  
  


• 
  

  Own Club Performance – Reporting, budgeting, member management, and operational excellence

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Proven Sales & Leadership Experience in fitness, retail, or service-based industries

  
  


• 
  

  Track Record of Hitting or Exceeding Targets

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of club management tools (ClubReady, Club OS, MyFitnessPal – a plus)

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  
  


• 
  

  CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain
