CMA,LPN or RN

Iowa Women's & Men's Health Center is looking for a CMA, LPN, or RN to join our fun, busy and energetic team! We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow within our fast paced medical practice. 

Responsibilities include:

-Rooming patients

-Obtaining and inputting patient information into our EMR system.

-Performs CLIA laboratory moderate complexity tests
-Administers and documents injections

-Assisting medical providers with in-office procedures

-Assisting with triaging phone messages and answering patient queries efficiently

-Phlebotomist (Required)

-Performs daily instrument sterilization

-Follows appropriate clinical, safety, and laboratory procedures

This person will also be crossed trained to be able to assist to help with multiple providers schedules. Being a team player and able to jump into assist throughout the day is key! 

Qualifications:

-Top-notch customer service skills (Required)

-Able to work in a fast paced environment (Required) 

-Medical Office Experience: 1 year (Required)

-EMR Systems: 1 year (Required)

-Vital Signs Experience: 1 year (Required)

-Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (Required)

-OBGYN Experience 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule: This positions hours may vary. The clinical staff work schedule is scheduled to work 7:15am-5:15pm Monday-Thursday and  7:15-12:00 on Fridays.

Yes, you get EVERY FRIDAY AFTERNOON OFF!

We do not work nights, weekends, or major holidays.
