Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and caring Full-Time CNAs to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing staff in creating a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.

Available Shifts

• Day, Evening, and Night shifts

• Flexible scheduling with rotating days off

• Weekend availability preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting.

• Provide supportive and compassionate care while maintaining residents’ dignity.

• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.

• Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.

• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff.

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas.

• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.

• Support the nursing team with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Compassionate, patient, and resident‑focused

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

• Must pass background check and meet health screening requirements
