Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support seniors throughout Central Iowa, including Urbandale, Johnston, Des Moines, West Des Moines, Waukee, and surrounding communities.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by fostering genuine connections, promoting dignity, and helping older adults remain safe and independent in their homes. We thoughtfully match caregivers with clients and provide the training and support needed to ensure your success. Experience in assisted living, independent living, senior communities, nursing homes, home care, or other healthcare environments is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

• $16–$18 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable individuals committed to serving seniors


• Prior experience in home care, healthcare, assisted living, or a related field preferred


• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, personal care, and light housekeeping


• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement


• Support client safety, comfort, and overall well-being in the home
