Professional Nurse Partners is looking for compassionate and dependable male and female caregivers needed to provide various personal and related services in accordance with an established plan of care.

 We are a Registered Nurse owned Professional Company that serves individuals and families and pride ourselves that our Home Care Partners are compassionate, competent and qualified caregivers who provide excellent quality care to our client population. We are not a typical home care agency or franchise!

We are currently hiring for Home Care Companions and Personal Care Attendants to join our "Home Care Partner" program. Home Care Partners provide services to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other infliction's. Home care may include light housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, respite and advice on such things as nutrition, cleanliness and household activities. Personal Care may include assistance with the activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship and respite.

Both Home Care Companions and Personal Care Attendants are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Company policies and industry standards.

Both Home Care Companions and Personal Care Attendants report to the Nurse Care Manager.

• 1 to 2 years+ of experience preferred, will consider new CNA grads

• High school degree

• Certified Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant

• Respite Care, Personal Care, Light Housecleaning, Transportation, Meal Preparation
