Nursing Vault Plus Staffing is seeking compassionate and resilient Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for per diem opportunities with our client, Daymark Recovery Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Observation: Monitor and document patient behavior, mood, and interactions to ensure safety in a crisis recovery environment.
  

• Clinical Support: Measure and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temp) and assist with medical screenings, including drug screens and TB testing.
  

• Crisis Assistance: Work alongside RNs and LPNs to provide therapeutic support and help de -escalate patients in acute distress.
  

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and meals while encouraging independence in a recovery setting.
  

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, ligature -free environment and ensure all patient documentation meets North Carolina state standards.
