CNA – Certified Nurse Assistant

FULL TIME -- DAY SHIFT

We are now seeking a compassionate and skilled C.N.A. Certified Nursing Assistant to join our close-knit team and help us continue delivering the highest standard of care in southwestern Wisconsin.

Care & Rehab emphasizes the skills and knowledge CNAs bring to our residents’ lives. Whether your experienced or newly licensed, Care & Rehab team members know the reward of providing quality care, mentoring other nurses, and making a difference in others’ wellness.

As an CNA, you will:

Provide a safe, comfortable home environment to all residents

Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.

Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

Communicate with nurses

Assist with meals

Monitor meal intake

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin

First aid and CPR certified preferred

Basic computer skills

Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal spills

Ability to lift heaving objects

Ability to work with limited supervision
