Per Diem Requirements

To maintain per diem status, team members must:

• Work at least 16 hours of weekend shifts during each 4-week schedule (if work is available) 
• Work one full shift on a major holiday: 
  • Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day (if work is available) 
• Work one full shift on a minor holiday: 
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Day After Thanksgiving, or Christmas Eve (if work is available)

•  Must be active and in good standing on the Maine CNA registry
• Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
• Basic computer skills
