Join our loving healthcare team as a highly skilled CNA Staffing Coordinator. In this fulfilling role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our nursing staff is well-coordinated and supported. You'll gain invaluable skills in staff management, scheduling, and employee development while enjoying a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create monthly nurse and CNA schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
• Resolve call-offs by finding necessary coverage for Nurse and CNA staff.
• Manage the new hire process for CNAs, including interviews, onboarding coordination, training, and pass offs.
• Monitor Nurse and CNA breaks, CNA charting, shower completion, and daily PPD.

Manage CNA team:

• Lead employee development initiatives and performance improvement plans for CNAs.
• Coordinate with the Director of Nursing on disciplinary actions.
• Manage attendance and job completion for CNAs.

Process Improvement:

• Build systems that foster CNA growth and enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate monthly CNA team meetings to promote collaboration and communication.

Previously industry experience and/or CNA experience preferred.
