Join our loving healthcare team as a highly skilled CNA Staffing Coordinator. In this fulfilling role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our nursing staff is well-coordinated and supported. You'll gain invaluable skills in staff management, scheduling, and employee development while enjoying a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create monthly nurse and CNA schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Resolve call-offs by finding necessary coverage for Nurse and CNA staff.
- Manage the new hire process for CNAs, including interviews, onboarding coordination, training, and pass offs.
- Monitor Nurse and CNA breaks, CNA charting, shower completion, and daily PPD.
Manage CNA team:
- Lead employee development initiatives and performance improvement plans for CNAs.
- Coordinate with the Director of Nursing on disciplinary actions.
- Manage attendance and job completion for CNAs.
Process Improvement:
- Build systems that foster CNA growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate monthly CNA team meetings to promote collaboration and communication.
