CNA/HHA Monday - Saturday 9am-2pm MUST HAVE A CAR

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and experienced Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional in-home care for an elderly female client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence while remaining safe in their home.  

Our client is a fall risk and requires attentive supervision, assistance with daily living activities, and companionship throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.


• Provide supervision and support to reduce the risk of falls.


• Prepare light meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.


• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, changing bed linens, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.


• Safely transport the client to medical appointments and errands using your own reliable vehicle.


• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.


• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred.


• At least one year of experience providing care for seniors or individuals with mobility limitations.


• Experience caring for clients who are fall risks is highly preferred.


• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.


• Ability to pass a background check.


• CPR/First Aid from the American Heart Association, Red Cross or Institute for Health and Safety.


• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional with excellent communication skills.

Hourly pay range $16-$20 per hour depending on experience.

This position is located in Sunny Isles Beach.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for driving the client.
