CNA/Skilled Nursing Caregiver

Caregiver / CNA – Conyers, GA

Position: Caregiver / CNA
Location: Conyers
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week
Pay: $14–16/hr
Start Date: Immediate Start

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver or CNA to support a client in the Conyers area. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful care, assistance with daily routines, and support with personal and higher-level care needs with dignity, patience, and professionalism. This is a client-centered role where your presence truly makes a difference.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide companionship and support daily routines

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with moderate to maximum care needs including mobility support, transfers, personal care, and toileting assistance

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with medical-related support as appropriate (examples: Hoyer lift assistance, catheter care, medication reminders, repositioning, mobility support)

  
  


• 
  

  Encourage hydration, nutrition, and proper self-care

  
  


• 
  

  Observe and report changes in client condition or needs

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain open communication with office staff

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  CNA preferred or caregiver with skilled nursing / high-acuity care experience

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification required

  
  


• 
  

  Current First Aid certification required

  
  


• 
  

  Current TB test required

  
  


• 
  

  Compassion, professionalism, and reliability

  
  


• 
  

  Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass a background check

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable transportation
