CNC Maintenance Technician

We have an immediate need for a CNC Maintenance Technician to work with a manufacturing company located in the city of Corona.

The CNC Maintenance Technician supports CNC Manufacturing and Automated Saw by performing scheduled and unscheduled repairs and maintenance, providing technical support with machine problems, and works with production to help troubleshoot equipment failures.

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

Maintain CNC machines according to engineering drawings and understand dimensions as they pertain to repeatability, equipment capabilities, tooling, and scaled-up production.

• Dialogue with external vendors, as needed, to ensure that all necessary components and equipment are always available to keep production running.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects and collaborate with other departments, as requested.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and automated saws.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and other staff as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience working with CNC machines and/or automated saws.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software systems.
