CNC Production Technician

What's your day like?

• Operate CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality precision components.


• Monitor production and meet established output goals.


• Perform inspections according to inspection plans and quality requirements.


• Identify machine adjustments and communicate needs to Machine Technicians and Machinists.


• Recognize and document nonconforming parts or processes.


• Complete accurate production and ERP system transactions.


• Perform basic daily machine maintenance and housekeeping.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.


• 1-4+ Years of experience in CNC Machining or Equivalent Education.


• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance AMSE Y14.5.


• Ability to learn production steps in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to use Metrology tools and equipment as well as read and follow technical directions.


• Must perform all duties in conjunction with Quality Management System requirements.

Position requirements

• Consistent, punctual attendance and positive attitude.


• Long periods of standing and able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.


• Must meet minimum vision standards, corrected or uncorrected, as follows: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8.


• For ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
