CNC Swiss Operator

Precision Threaded Products is a leading manufacturer of ring and key lock studs and inserts, proudly serving the industry since 1940. We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC Swiss machines, including Citizen.
  
• Read blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions.
  
• Load material, change tools, deburr, and inspect parts.
  
• Optimize feeds and speeds and troubleshoot machining issues.
  
• Work with supervisors, engineering, and quality to resolve production issues.
  
• Complete inspection documentation and basic preventative maintenance.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
  
• Experience setting up, operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting CNC Swiss machines.
  
• Familiarity with Mitsubishi and Fanuc controls.
  
• Experience with tooling and standard inspection equipment.
  
• CNC Swiss programming experience is a plus.
  
• Experience with Inconel, A-286, aerospace, or close-tolerance components is a plus.
