Salary: 40k-47k plus commission

This position plays an important role in supporting our collections operation and will report directly to the Collections Manager. The individual in this role will work closely with consumers to identify appropriate repayment solutions, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Job Description:
Our Call Center is seeking a Full-Time Collector/Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling customer service and collection calls


• Setting up payment plans and negotiating settlements for consumers unable to pay their debt in full


• Documenting all communications and account activity accurately


• Performing general office and administrative duties


• Working with consumers to resolve account issues and achieve mutually beneficial payment solutions

Qualifications:

• Superior customer service and organizational skills


• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook


• Strong oral and written communication skills


• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with consumers


• Previous collections or customer service experience is a plus
