Summary: The President provides effective leadership in planning, organizing, budgeting, selecting and developing personnel, and assessing institutional effectiveness. Also works with the Board of Governors, Board of Directors, Senior Leadership and the Executive Council to ensure the quality, short and long-term profitability, and growth of the College. This role requires 30% travel.
Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $200,000-$250,00 annually.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: The President has oversight of the Senior Leadership Team who supervise employees in the Administration, Accounting/Finance, Academic Affairs, Facilities/Purchasing, Human Resources, Graduate Services, Information Services, Admissions, and Financial Aid departments as well as the Campus Directors/Presidents. The President is also responsible for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
