Job Description - Collision Center Office Admin



Sunnyside Chevrolet in Elyria has an opening for a qualified Office Administrator for the Collision department. The right candidate is someone who is energetic, customer-focused, reliable, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:



  • Greet guests in a polite and professional manner, both on the phone and in person.

  • Check in cars as they enter to ensure proper paperwork is received.

  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct customer to the appropriate personnel

  • Issue purchase orders and process invoices for payment.

  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding payments, additional information or photos requested, etc.

  • Receipt all cash and checks received.

  • General office filing.

  • Other duties and special assignments as assigned.


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver license with clear driving record.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Work independently and in a team environment.

  • Reliable and self-motivated.
