$70,000 - $95,000 OTE ($60,000 - $80,000 base + quarterly profit bonus)

Tired of chasing numbers for a big consolidator? This well-established, family-owned collision center has served its community for 30 years and just more than doubled its shop to 14 bays. They're looking for an estimator to own the relationship with insurance partners and customers, and to grow with a business that treats its people like family.

Experienced estimators are preferred. If you're a seasoned body tech ready to move off the floor and into estimating, they will train the right person.

What you'll do

• Write accurate collision repair estimates for insurance and customer-pay work
  
  


• Work directly with DRP partners including Progressive, Geico, and State Farm
  
  


• Guide customers from first contact through vehicle delivery
  
  


• Partner with the production team to keep repairs on schedule and on budget
  
  

What you'll bring

• Collision estimating experience (preferred), or strong body tech experience and a desire to learn estimating
  
  


• Clear, confident communication with customers and adjusters
  
  


• Organization and follow-through in a busy shop
  
  


• DRP experience is a plus, not a requirement
  
  

Schedule and location

• Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  
  


• On-site in the Lake of the Ozarks area of central Missouri
