Lead a high-volume collision shop in Honesdale as the on-site General Manager. You will own day-to-day operations, the production team, and insurance-partner relationships, working directly with ownership.

What you’ll do

• Run day-to-day operations of the Honesdale collision shop


• Lead production, quality, and shop performance


• Hire, coach, and hold the team accountable


• Maintain and grow DRP insurance-partner relationships


• Own the customer experience from intake through delivery


• Report results and work closely with ownership

What you’ll bring

• Collision shop leadership experience as a General Manager or equivalent


• Ability to run a shop independently


• Comfort owning production, people, and insurance relationships

Preferred experience

• Independent-shop GM background
