The Role:
We're seeking a motivated Entry Level Collision Repair Technician. We represent the best manufacturer in the business, and a management team driven to your success! Our fast-paced, high-volume environment provides opportunities to reach your optimal goals as a Collision Repair Technician.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency, per dealership policies and procedures 


• Primary job is assisting in the blueprinting of damaged vehicles to complete accurate repair plans


• Blueprinting includes disassembly of vehicles, documenting damaged components, taking pictures of documented items, writing estimates in CCC One, proper storage of removed parts, checking/mirror matching of new parts, staging, and preparing the vehicle for the next step in the repair process 


• Assist in other departments as needed and as time allows, including re-assembly, paint shop, or detail.


• Assist in shop clean-up daily


• Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair


• Provide dealership-level quality, cleanliness, and care on every vehicle

Qualifications: 

• Must have knowledge of cars, trucks, and SUVs.


• Must be able to follow shop safety protocols


• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to participate in in-house training


• Ability to operate all auto repair tools


• Basic computer skills


• Strong communication skills


• Physical strength and stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


• Safety Management, Problem Solving, Dealing with Complexity, Analyzing Information


• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance. 


• Clean driving record
