POSITION SUMMARY: The Cleaner is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, are cleaned regularly.

COMPENSATION: $12 per hour.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.


•  Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.


•  Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas.


•  Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.


•  Participate in Redstone training as required.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)


•  Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight


•  Must have a friendly demeanor


•  Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 4-6 hour standing shifts
