The Community Outreach Specialist is responsible for driving engagement and participation in teen programming through effective recruitment, relationship-building, and program delivery. This role is accountable for executing outreach strategies to attract and retain participants ages 6 to 18 while building strong connections with schools, community organizations, and local stakeholders.
