We are looking for a Commercial Analytics and Forecasting Lead who is insight‑driven, forward‑thinking, and collaborative to join us in our Business Analytics team, based in our Atlanta office in Georgia, USA. This hybrid role (40% onsite presence required) requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
About the role
You will play a central role in shaping commercial decisions by delivering analytics, forecasting, and strategic insights that guide performance across the immunology portfolio. By combining market understanding, data, and analytic expertise, you will help leadership anticipate opportunities, manage risks, and improve outcomes. Your work will connect analytics to action, ensuring insights are translated into clear recommendations that support growth and execution.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that partners closely with marketing, sales, finance, market access, and global analytics colleagues. Together, you will align performance insights (trends, market shares, etc.) vs. forecasts and planning assumptions to support consistent decision‑making. You will also lead external analytics partners and vendors to deliver high‑quality insights and scalable solutions.

The reasonably anticipated salary range for this position is $ 148,000-194,300 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
