Pay: $20/hour to start — up to $27/hour through our Sparkle Up program

Schedule: Part-time to Full-time · many accounts clean after business hours

Area: San Diego County — offices, medical suites, churches, retail

YOUR PAY GROWS WITH YOUR WORK

Most commercial cleaning jobs pay you the same on your best day and your worst day. Ours doesn't.

You start at $20/hour. Through our Sparkle Up program you earn your way up to $27/hour based on quality, reliability, and how you take care of our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Clean offices, medical suites, churches, and retail spaces


• Restrooms, breakrooms, floors, trash, and common areas


• Restock paper and soap supplies


• Follow alarm and access procedures exactly


• Work independently or with a small crew

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable transportation — accounts are spread across the county


• Legal authorization to work in the US


• Availability that may include early mornings or evenings, depending on the account


• Trustworthy with keys, codes, and alarm access


• Commercial or janitorial experience is a plus, but we train the right person


• English or Spanish — both is a plus
