Commercial and Residential Maintenance

James Wood Motors is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to assist with commercial and residential property maintenance projects.  We are looking for someone hardworking, detail-oriented, and experienced in general maintenance and repair work.  

Responsibilities 

• Perform general property maintenance and repairs


• Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry work


• Assist with remodels and property improvements


• Troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently


• Maintain clean and sage job sites


• Communicate professionally with team members and tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and/or residential maintenance


• Knowledge of basic construction trades


• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license


• Ability to work independently and as part of the team


• Strong work ethic and attention to detail


• Must be dependable and punctual
