Job Description - Commercial Body Shop Paint Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Body Shop Painter to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a skilled professional with experience painting commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, buses, trucks, or fleet equipment in a fast -paced shop environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, masking, priming, and body prep
Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings to commercial vehicles and equipment
Operate spray guns and painting equipment safely and efficiently
Perform touch -ups and finishing work to ensure high -quality results
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an automotive or commercial body shop painter
Experience with trucks, fleet vehicles, buses, or heavy equipment preferred
Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and spray techniques
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license preferred

Shift:

Days, 7:00AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday. OT available and is paid after 40 hours.
