Commercial Cleaning Technician

Location: Loveland, OH & Dayton, OH
Pay: $20 an hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (part-time up to 24 hours a week)

Oasis Turf & Tree is looking for dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals with preferably 2-3 years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, maintenance, or housekeeping experience who are committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment to join our team. As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for completing routine cleaning tasks, following established procedures, maintaining a high level of attention to detail, and ensuring each space meets our quality standards. You will help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of everyday spaces in our buildings, including, but not limited to, kitchen areas and appliances, glass windows and walls, desks, carpet and hardwood flooring, bathroom equipment, and other high-use areas.

You will get to work each day independently while taking pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys seeing the results of their hard work and appreciates the satisfaction of leaving every space better than they found it.

Responsibilities 

What You’ll Do:

• Complete detailed cleaning services across offices and common spaces


• Ensure kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, high-use areas, and more are cleaned to a high standard


• Work independently while following established processes and maintaining consistent quality


• Care for company equipment and supplies while using them safely and efficiently


• Notice the small details that make a space feel truly clean and welcoming


• Identify areas needing additional attention and address issues proactively

Qualificiations 

• 2-3  years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred but not required

• Reliable and dependable with strong attendance and punctuality


• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high-quality work


• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently


• Professional, respectful, and trustworthy


• Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities


• Ability to follow instructions, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines


• Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks throughout the workday


• Ability to lift, move, and handle cleaning supplies and equipment as needed


• Communication skills and the ability to report issues or supply needs

Schedule 

• Monday-Friday (occasional weekends)


• 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM


• Part-time only, up to 24 hours a week

Pay & Benefits 

• Starting at $20 an hour based on experience and performance
