Your Responsibilities as a Hotside and/or Coldside Commercial & Residential Appliance Repair Field Service Technician.
As an Commercial Equipment Field Service Technician, you are the key component in providing excellent customer service by providing high-quality maintenance services for our customer's Commercial Kitchen Equipment such as Ice Machines, Cooking equipment, Walk-in Coolers/Freezers and Stand alone Refrigerator Coolers and/or Freezers. Must also have experience working on Residential Appliances such as Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Ovens, Ranges and Microwaves.
Here are your primary responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment as well as Commercial size Kitchen Equipment such as Ice Machines, Cooking equipment, Walk-in Coolers/Freezers and Stand alone Refrigerator Coolers and/or Freezers.
- Experience working on Residential Appliances such as Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Ovens, Ranges and Microwaves.
- Effectively communicate with the office.

- Desire to Share Knowledge and Skills: This role requires someone who truly enjoys teaching other technicians all of the skills listed above.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment such as Ice Machines, Cooking equipment, Walk-in Coolers/Freezers and Stand alone Refrigerator Coolers and/or Freezers
- 2+ years experience in Residential Appliance Repair service industry (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, etc..)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience leading or supervising other technician is a plus!
- EPA License Type 1 or Universal is strongly preferred.
Benefits & Pay:
- After an initial training period where you'll be paid hourly, our technicians earn commission on their service calls. Our technicians are seeing compensation ranging from $27 - $55 per hour or $1,100-$2,200 per week. If you're motivated to make money we have everything you need to make that happen.
