Commercial Flooring Sales Professional

Description

We are seeking an experienced commercial sales associate to join our team at Skaff Furniture Carpet One. This person will be responsible for bidding, planning, and overseeing flooring installation for a range of commercial spaces, including offices, schools, and medical facilities. This role involves managing budgets, products, and timelines to ensure projects meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Prospect, estimate, and bid projects

· Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations

· Manage procurement of materials

· Work with flooring installation teams

· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

· Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise during installation.

Requirements

 Qualifications

· At least five years in flooring sales or installation, preferably commercial

· Proven experience in project management, particularly in flooring or construction.

· Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
