Commercial HVAC Service Technician

A well-established company is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join their growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with a company that provides installation, service, and maintenance for a variety of commercial HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience working on commercial systems, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC systems
  




• Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, and other commercial equipment
  




• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system issues
  




• Inspect systems and identify necessary repairs or improvements
  




• Ensure all work meets safety standards and industry regulations
  




• Document service work and communicate findings clearly
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience REQUIRED
  




• EPA Certification required
  




• Experience working on rooftop units (RTUs), package units, and commercial systems
  




• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  




• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  




• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  




• Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and mechanical rooms
  




• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
