A well-regarded national law firm is looking to add a junior to mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to its Dallas office.

This is a great opportunity for an associate who wants to build strong litigation skills while working on meaningful, complex business disputes in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You’ll Work On

• Handling a range of commercial litigation matters


• Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery


• Assisting with depositions, hearings, and case strategy


• Working closely with partners on active litigation matters

Who This Could Be a Fit For

• 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience


• Strong writing and analytical skills


• Experience with motion practice and/or discovery


• Looking for hands-on experience and more responsibility
