Salary: $230,000 - $260,000

A nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join its growing Minneapolis office.

The firm's Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice represents local, national, and international clients in complex business disputes at both the trial and appellate levels.

Qualifications

• 
  

  4-6 years of litigation experience

  
  


• 
  

  Law firm and/or judicial clerkship experience

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with commercial real estate loan defaults and workouts preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong legal writing and analytical skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent academic credentials

  
  


• 
  

  Minnesota bar admission or ability to waive in

  Handle complex commercial litigation matters

  Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

  Manage discovery and case strategy
