Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Location:
This is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity based in Allen, Texas, offering a collaborative office environment where you'll work closely with experienced litigators and clients.

Note:
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have at least 1+ years of business or commercial litigation experience. Candidates with general business litigation experience are encouraged to apply. Personal injury and medical malpractice experience alone will not be considered.

Job Description

• Represent clients in complex commercial and business litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate on litigation strategy for high value disputes.
• Work directly with clients throughout all phases of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Manage discovery and case preparation.
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Partner with experienced attorneys while developing independent case responsibility.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license.
• 1+ years of business or commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting litigation pleadings and motions.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with sound judgment and strong attention to detail.
• Trial, deposition, or hearing experience is a plus.
