Required Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in Commercial Litigation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent persuasive writing skills
High level of integrity
Impeccable written and spoken language skills
Strategic thinking skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
JD degree from an accredited law school
License to practice law in Michigan
3-4 years experience at a law firm or as an in-house counsel

Solving problems analytically
Assisting with drafting legal documents, including motions and pleadings
Assisting with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents
Participating in settlement negotiations
Performing legal research
Making court appearances as necessary
Conducting and summarizing depositions
