Commercial Painter

Pay:  $21.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 

Shift:  Tuesday - Saturday 7:00am – 3:30 pm

• Perform interior and exterior painting projects, including touch-ups, patching, priming, and finishing surfaces.


• Prepare work areas by cleaning, sanding, scraping, masking, and protecting surrounding surfaces.


• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, clients, and property management personnel.


• Travel to various buildings within the assigned portfolio to complete painting assignments.


• Inspect painted surfaces and ensure work meets quality standards.


• Properly use and maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials.


• Follow all company safety policies and procedures while performing job duties.


• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.


• Assist with other minor maintenance-related duties as assigned.

• Previous professional painting experience required.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites.


• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.


• Ability to travel between multiple locations throughout the workday.
