Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

Commercial Plumbing Project Manager position for large Mechanical Contractor in Orange County, CA

This is a permanent position with a generous salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Attend preconstruction and BIM coordination meetings with owners and General Contractors


• Communicate with other sub-contractors, suppliers, on pricing


• Build accurate, winning estimates for new construction, as-builts, TI’s, among other projects


• Communicate with Sr PM’s, PE’s, Detailers, and others internally as well as Superintendents and Foreman on the job site


• Balance time between office and job sites

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience including schools, fire stations, among others


• Stable work-history


• Plan and Spec experience required, Design-Build and Negotiated project experience also a plus


• Mid-Large project experience ranging from 2 to 25 million (most falling between 8 to 10 million)


• Excel and advanced construction software is a bonus (including on-screen take-off, scheduling, and pdf editing software)


• Prior field experience as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman experience highly preferred
