Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its established Real Estate practice in Atlanta, GA.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and wants to take on meaningful responsibility, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and work on complex deals involving a broad range of real estate assets and investments.

Qualifications

• 
  

  3–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience, preferably within a large law firm environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Significant experience representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development projects, and commercial leasing.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Sound business judgment and the ability to navigate complex real estate transactions.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing multiple transactions and collaborating with clients and deal teams.

  
  


• 
  

  A proactive, team-oriented approach to client service and problem-solving.
