Job Description

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, leases, lease amendments, and related transaction documents
• Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development transactions, leasing, asset management, joint ventures, and finance-related real estate matters
• Support complex office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and portfolio real estate transactions
• Work closely with attorneys across the firm to move sophisticated deals forward efficiently and strategically
• Serve clients through the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions
• Communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel, internal team members, and deal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Georgia Bar admission in good standing required
• 4+ years of relevant commercial real estate legal experience preferred
• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures, or finance matters
• Ability to manage complex transactions in a collaborative team environment
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive work ethic

• • 3 to 4 years relevant CRE experience: $135,000 to $155,000

• • 5 to 7 years relevant CRE experience: $155,000 to $185,000

• • 8+ years relevant CRE experience: $185,000 to $225,000+
