Compensation: $140K - $500K base

Bar admission: Active admission in any US state

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Lending Attorney to run sophisticated deals from inception to closing. The practice handles high-value transactions for private lenders and developers across the US.

What you'll do

• Manage complex CRE lending transactions independently.


• Supervise junior associates' work product.


• Draft and negotiate diverse loan documents.


• Serve as primary client contact, offering creative solutions.


• Collaborate with partners and paralegal team.

What you bring (required)

• Ability to run CRE finance deals independently.


• Experience representing private lenders.


• Comfortable negotiating opposite major firms.


• Admitted to New York Bar or eligible to waive in.


• Experience drafting complex CRE loan documents.
