In 2012 Waller Group broadened their services to add an Investor Services Division including full service property management, multifamily, commercial investment opportunities for passive residential and commercial property investors. 

Income: $75,000+ first year, $120,000+ second year/experienced

-Business development for the president of the company

-Sales prospecting

-Property Valuations for highest and best use

-Contract negotiations and coordination

-Active TX Real Estate license or currently enrolled in real estate pre-licensing courses with estimated completion date within 90 days of start date.

-10-4 M-F office hours (18 hours per week minimum)

-90-180 day minimum commitment
