Location
Sacramento, California – This is a full-time on-site position offering close collaboration with attorneys and staff in a professional office environment.

Job Description
- Support attorneys on commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
- Prepare, review, and organize transactional documents.
- Assist with commercial purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and closing binders.
- Coordinate due diligence, title, survey, and closing documentation.
- Manage transaction timelines and communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties.
- Maintain organized case files and transactional records.
- Assist with entity formation and organizational documents as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional paralegal experience.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions.
- Strong document management and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
