Salary Range: Varies Based on Experience

Experience providing testimony to support opinion of value
Review appraisal work
Excellent communication, analytical and computer skills

Summary of Job Duties:
Perform duties supporting valuation appraisal of commercial property at a fair and accurate market value
Data collection by conducting on-site measurements and inspections including new construction and review of blueprints
Provide testimony for the Board of Revision, Board of Tax Appeal and Court of Common Pleas
Appraisal review for purposes of Board of Revision, Board of Tax Appeal and Court of Common Pleas
Perform field work in your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)
Application of appraisal terms, principles and techniques
Possess the skills to interact with the public, tax agents and attorneys
