Commercial Roofing Foreman

North Canton, OH | Full-Time, Hourly | $28-$36 per hour

We are looking for a commercial roofer who can run the job and still grab the tools when needed. You will supervise subcontractor crews on full roof replacements, inspect the work from tear-off through punch list, and handle repairs and roofing details yourself when the job calls for it.

Your job is to keep the project safe, productive, and built correctly - not stand on the ground with a clipboard.

What You Will Do

• Supervise crews on commercial flat-roof replacements


• Check tear-off, deck repairs, insulation, fastening, membrane installation, flashing, and cleanup


• Keep crews moving and hold them accountable for safety, quality, and production


• Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, access, and daily job-site needs


• Complete TPO, EPDM, and PVC repairs, welding, flashing, drains, curbs, penetrations, and detail work


• Jump in on tear-off, carpentry, insulation, coatings, or sheet metal when needed


• Take progress photos, complete daily documentation, and report issues to the project manager


• Walk completed work, manage punch-list items, and leave the customer with a professional job site

What We Need

• Commercial flat-roofing experience - this is not an entry-level position


• Hands-on experience with TPO, EPDM, or PVC systems


• Ability to weld membrane and complete common commercial roofing details


• Experience leading crews


• Ability to read scopes, plans, and manufacturer details


• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record


• Willingness to travel occasionally for out-of-town projects


• A strong work ethic, good judgment, and pride in doing the job right
