What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools including cameras to inspect lines and accurately assess hidden issues.  Using drain cleaning equipment to clear lines.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance for:
  • Domestic water and sanitary systems
  • Gas piping, water heaters, pumps, and backflow devices
  • Drainage, waste, and vent systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and system schematics.
• Work with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated mechanical systems.
• Document work clearly and completely, including repairs, parts used, and customer communications.
• Ensure all work complies with local/state plumbing codes and jobsite safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and relevant building codes.
• Skilled with diagnostic tools including line inspection cameras.
• Self-starter with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Arizona plumbing license preferred, but not required.
